Building obligation: A permanent residence must be built within 24 months.
A penalty of 100,000 Swedish crowns (SEK) will be imposed if the construction is not completed within 24 months.
Transfer restriction: You are not allowed to resell an undeveloped plot.
Possession takes place within 3 months.
Upon possession, you must pay for the plot, connection fees for water and sewage, as well as the state property tax. These payments are made via bank transfer.
